During this informal class, we’ll taste a handful of different wines focusing on family-owned domaines producing wines with a reflection of their terroirs, practicing sustainable, organic and biodiverse farming and a natural approach to winemaking. We’ll talk about farming, cellar practices, style and whatever else bubbles up… Are you or someone you love natural wine curious? If so, this class is the perfect place to start! Class will also include nibbles that we’ll pair with the wines.
